Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@fishtankusa.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@fishtankusa.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Returns:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@fishtankusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

Red Sea MAX®S-Series True REEF-SPEC® for a successful reef

The MAX REEF-SPEC® performance criteria is the result of Red Sea’s years of research into the sustainable growth of all corals, including the most delicate “SPS” corals, in an artificial reef environment.

This knowledge, gained over 25 years, forms the basis for the specification of all MAX® Aquarium systems designs.

 

MAX® S-Series Customized systems

MAX® S systems are available in Pearl White and Black. The cabinet side panels and doors are attached to a marine spec aluminum frame and can be replaced at any time, allowing renovation or a complete color change on a functioning aquarium. This feature combined with the replaceable trim on the light and aquarium adds an unprecedented level of longevity and flexibility.

All external surfaces use weather-resistant polyurethane paints (similar to those used in the car industry) giving an elegant and durable finish.

 

 

Elegance and durability combined

MAX® S-Series aquariums are constructed from 12 – 15mm ultra clear (low iron) glass supported by saltwater resistant plastics and a marine spec annodized aluminum frame. Designed for simple home assembly, all of the glueing, sawing and wiring has already been done for you.

 

 

Reef-safe ReefLED™ 90 lighting

The MAX® S-Series incorporates the all-new Red Sea ReefLED™ 90 lights which are designed to ensure optimal coral growth and maximum rendition of their vibrant colors.

 

At the heart of the unit is a compact Led array that provides a reef-safe range of REEF-SPEC light through a single REEF-SPEC Blue (23,000 Kelvin) channel that consists of an optimum combination of ultraviolet, violet, and blue LEDs and an 8,000 Kelvin white channel. In addition, it has a separate dedicated 3W Moonlight channel to provide low levels of light for reef-safe nighttime viewing. The ReefLED includes a single optical-glass, hollow lens that creates a homogenous light giving a dramatic coral coloration and a gentle shimmer throughout the aquarium.

 

ReefLED is controlled by Red Sea’s ReefBeat® App which provides a wide range of easy-to-use functions such as random clouds, acclimation for new installations, and a lunar cycle for the moonlights. 

The lighting fixture features Red Sea’s unique, mounted lighting chassis that slides across the width of the tank, providing easy access for all aquarium maintenance tasks.

 

 

MAX® S-Series Total Reef Filtration

The complete reef filtration system starts with the surface skimmer that feeds the water to the in-cabinet sump via a flow-regulated, silent flow downpipe. The filtered water is returned to the aquarium by a main system pump that can also supply water to additional filtration systems, an optional chiller, and/or reactors.

The connection between the aquarium and sump is via standard union connectors so no plumbing is required.

The MAX® S-System is supplied with the main system pump, a REEFER Skimmer, mechanical and carbon filtration media, and all piping including preparation to connect a chiller and auxiliary reactors.

 

 

MAX® S-Series Integrated Power Center

The MAX® S-Series filtration system follows the one-plug MAX® concept and features a power control center with easy access to 10 individually switched power sockets for all pumps, and other accessories, safety protected with integrated circuit breakers.
